Summary

Under a Registered Nurse�s supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients, based on matching the patients� needs with the LVN�s competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.

Experience: LVN in acute care setting is preferred

Certifications: BLS
