Responsible for assessing and maintaining the characteristics of the treatment equipment. Performs dose calculating in an accurate, efficient manner in accordance with the prescribed planned course of therapy. Advises the radiation oncologists, therapists, and dosimetrist regarding technical aspects of patient treatments.

Minimum Qualifications: Education & Training: Masters degree in Medical Physics.
Licensure/Certification: Board Eligible or certified by the American Board of Medical Physics or the American Board of Radiology as a Physicist. |
