Cancer Care of North Texas , is seeking a full time Radiation Oncologist to join our team. The primary locations for this position will be at Cancer Care of North Texas in Denton, Plano and McKinney Texas. The centers are all full service community cancer center offering medical oncology, imaging, radiation oncology,and support services. Caner Care of North Texas has three locations in the DFW metroplex, all are minutes away from DFW. The suburbs of areas offer excellent schools and many community amenities.
Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas and be board certified, preferably 2 to 5 years of experience, but not required.
The radiation oncologist must have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for speaking with patients, patient’s family members, medical staff and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
Must be motivated, have strong leadership skills and understand the importance of being ethical when choosing treatments for patients.
Must have a passion to help patients fight cancer and a willingness to provide strong emotional support
