Job SummaryGeisinger is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join its team at our new micro hospital, Geisinger Healthplex. Geisinger Healthplex is within 30 minutes from our main campus, Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville, Pa which has roughly 2000 deliveries per year and is supported by a level IV NICU. Call coverage will be provided at Geisinger Medical Center.Job DutiesThe successful candidate will join a team of 1 physician, 1 advanced practitioner and 3 nurses. The schedule is 2-4 office days + 1 OR Day. Call is 3-4/month and 1 weekend per month. Geisinger Women's Health includes a network of primary care obstetricians/gynecologists located in 24 offices throughout a 40-county service area. Physicians are electronically connected to sub-specialists in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology throughout the system. We take pride in the support we provide:
