Serves as a member of the Cancer Institute as part of the Center for Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy. Provides coordination, oversight and other support as required to a wide range of quality and performance improvement related activities for the transplant program. These activities include concurrent and retrospective data collection and analysis to identify quality assessment and resource management issues involving all disciplines. Is responsible for the implementation of Quality Management Plan for the transplant program. Coordinates outcomes review and department projects as assigned to meet TJC, DOH and FACT standards. Evaluates effectiveness by assessing aggregate data and provides appropriate reports to leadership.
This position reports to the Bone Marrow Transplant Program Manager.

Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree required preferable in nursing or health care related field
RN with current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility required
Minimum three years clinical, quality or other work-related experience required
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Work is typically performed in a clinical and office environment
Some travel between clinical locations is required
