The Nemours Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Supervisor for our evening and night shifts staff who work in Microbiology, Chemistry and Hematology. Our programs include cardiac surgery, solid organ and stem cell transplantation, hematology/oncology, level 1 trauma, and orthopedic surgery, among others. The successful candidate must be BSMT with at least 3 years management experience. Responsibilities include hiring, test performance, training, performance management, staff development and evaluations, scheduling, regulatory compliance (AABB, CAP, FDA), quality assurance, budgeting, and continuous improvement activities. This position reports to clinical laboratory administration and the medical director.
