Responsible for grant writing/management, supporting medical staff investigators for industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated research projects, sponsor contracts/agreements, internal review board research submissions, and editorializing scientific publications.
Directly reports to Administrative Director, Oncology Research and Innovation and is accountable to the Chair, Cancer Institute for scientific direction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant work experience required or Master’s degree plus two years of work experience, or a PhD (preferably in the life sciences / epidemiology field)
Prior management of departmental projects preferred.
