The Hunter Holmes McGuire Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking an experienced Board Certified/Eligible General Surgeon (Oncology) - Surgical Oncologist to join the Surgical service line.
You need to have experience in academic medical settings with an interest in clinical research. Specialized experience with hepatobiliary malignancies, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis is required. You must possess experience supervising and educating surgical residents.
Must be eligible for academic appointment at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in Surgery is required for academic appointment at VCU.
