Step into a high-tech, patient-focused environment providing full continuum of care. In this role, you will collaborate with Leaders and Physicians across the Herbert Irving Cancer Center – designated National Cancer Institute. Manage the clinical, technological, and financial operations to enhance the patient experience and employee engagement. Train, supervise and evaluate the oncology team including therapists, dosimetrist and ancillary staff. Monitor quality assurance activities. Regularly assess the performance of radiation oncology systems and equipment, patient flow through the treatment cycle, and other operational aspects to implement ways for improvement.
American Registration in Radiation Oncology and New York State Radiologic Technologist license, Radiation Therapy
Demonstrated leadership experience in Radiation Oncology driving strategic planning, financial and operational performance, and ACR accreditation
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus building
Strong technical expertise in radiation technology, experience with Aria is a plus
