JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse Clinic Lead Obstetrics/Gynecology Oncology

Leads team of assigned Treatment Room with responsibility for all operational functions of the
team. Responsible for developing and initiating improvements in the organization and delivery of high quality, cost effective services. Responsible for access to and the flow of patients and their treatments in the treatment room. Performs clinical procedures of assigned area, meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range of their assigned clinical area; responsible for all regulatory requirements of assigned area. Performs duties to provide the highest level of patient care and maximize patient satisfaction. Facilitates communication horizontally across the clinic.
Works under the supervision of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Demonstrates communication that supports a culture of service excellence.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an approved school of nursing required. Nurse currently licensed in Pennsylvania. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Must have Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification. BLS certification required.
Minimum two years experience in an outpatient Hematology/Oncology infusion center required.
