Lafayette Radiation Oncology is looking for a motivated individual to join a three person Radiation Oncology group practice. The practice is located in central Indiana and covers four centers around the Indianapolis area.
One center is located in Lafayette, IN (home of the Purdue Boilermakers) and owned by the Franciscan Alliance. There are two linear accelerators (One Varian Trilogy). This center performs SRS, SBRT as well as intraoperative breast radiotherapy using the Intrabeam. The center has full time RNs as well as two full time dosimetrists and physicists (on site).
The second center is located in Crawfordsville, IN and is also owned by the Franciscan Alliance. This center has one linear accelerator, a 2100 IX. There is a full time RN, as well as a full time physicist/dosimetrist (on site).
The third and fourth centers are located in Greenwood, IN and Indianapolis, IN. They are owned partially by McKesson Specialty Health and Urology of Indiana. These centers each have one linear accelerator, Varian 21IX. There is a full time RN and off site dosimetry.
Individuals should be hard working, energetic, and be comfortable in both SBRT and SRS as well as proficient in IMRT and be willing to participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
