The West Michigan Cancer Center and Institute for Blood Disorder is seeking a Division Chief of Radiation Oncology. The Division Chief position includes primarily clinical duties along with 3 Radiation Oncologists, and 2 certified advanced practice providers. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required. This is an employed position with a competitive salary and benefits package. This cancer center has had significant growth in eight surrounding counties, making this an excellent opportunity for a Radiation Oncologist interested in being a physician leader.
Experience with IMRT, IGRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Body treatment is required; HDR GYN brachy and LDR prostate brachy experience is valued, although not required. The department has three Varian linear accelerators-two TrueBeams and a Trilogy. Each linac has OBI and Align RT. We have a Siemens CT simulator with 4D and contrast capabilities, ARIA and Mosaiq EMRs, Eclipse treatment planning system and MIM contouring software. An average of 80 patients are treated daily. We are accredited by ACRO.
