•          Highly Competitive Compensation: Highly competitive starting salary with potential higher income with previous work experience. Only 1 year to full parity compensation. Once full parity, enjoy extremely competitive clinical pay with eligibility for additional variable compensation, including administrative, academic, and quality bonuses. 11 – 12 weeks of vacation from day 1.
