is collaborating with several hospitals in northeastern Illinois that have openings for a Radiation Oncologist to assist their team.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
• No call required
• Multiple locations
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 6-12 consults and 8-10 follow-ups per week
• Duties: Day-to-day oversight of treatment (IGRT), as well as clinic-based consults, follow-ups, and OTV (weekly) appointments
• EMR: Mosaiq and Epic
• BC/BE
• Paid travel & expenses

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered ONC (Oncology) Illinois state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited ONC (Oncology) program
• One year of work experience as ONC (Oncology)
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
