Annapolis Radiology Associates (ARA) is seeking a board-certified or -eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a hospital-based, radiation oncology private practice. This full-time position is based at the DeCesaris Cancer Institute, Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD. This is a partnership-track opportunity offering autonomy, stability, and the ability to shape the future of our longstanding and well-reputed practice.
About ARA:
Annapolis Radiology Associates was founded as Brown, Croft, & Frazier, P.A. Senior members of the group have been practicing continuously in the Annapolis area since 1962. From those beginnings, the group has grown to now include 18 radiologists, 3 radiation oncologists, and 4 full-time staff members, all dedicated to providing the highest quality imaging and radiation oncology services in the Annapolis and Chesapeake Bay areas.
Three radiation oncologists provide radiation therapy services at the DeCesaris Cancer Institute, Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center. Eighteen diagnostic and sub-specialty trained, board-certified radiologists provide imaging services and interpretation and perform image-guided interventions at the Anne Arundel Medical Center and six outpatient facilities in the Chesapeake Bay area.

Position Highlights:
- Partnership track with competitive compensation based on experience
- Join a team of two board-certified radiation oncologists
- Work in a hospital-based facility with a Varian TrueBeam, Novalis TX, Varian EX, 4DCT sim, HDR brachytherapy, DIBH, SGRT, SRS, and SBRT capabilities
- Collaborate with hematology/oncology, surgical oncology, thoracic surgery, gynecologic oncology, neurosurgery, breast surgery, urology, Social Work, dietetics, and palliative care
- Two on-site full-time physicists, three full-time dosimetrists
