Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM), a physician-owned and led group, is seeking a full-time, partnership-track radiation oncologist to join our longstanding clinics in Bowie and Lanham, MD as a part of Doctors Regional Cancer Center. This is a unique opportunity to step into a growing program with a strong regional reputation and the support of two highly experienced colleagues.
About ARM
Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM) was founded in 1994 and provides radiation oncology services in 8 clinics within Maryland and Delaware. ARM has a longstanding and robust partnership with community hospital systems, including Luminis Health, to provide cutting-edge radiation treatment to patients, reducing the burden of travel and allowing high-quality cancer services closer to home.
Practice Highlights
Doctors Regional Cancer Center (DRCC) consists of two clinics on the hospital campus in Lanham and in a newly constructed freestanding clinic in Bowie. The clinics are supported by Doctors Community Medical Center, a part of the Luminis Health network. A full range of technical capabilities are available, including SBRT/SRS, surface guidance, respiratory motion management, DIBH, HDR and LDR brachytherapy, and integrated EMR systems using ARIA and Epic.
Additional highlights include a strong referral base, multidisciplinary support through Doctors Community Medical Center and Luminis Health, and expertise from seasoned dosimetry, physics and nursing teams.

Requirements
Board-eligible or board-certified in radiation oncology
Committed to teamwork, collegiality, and long-term growth within a physician-led group
Eligible for Maryland medical license
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary ($300,000–$500,000 based on experience) with further upside after partnership as an equal partner
