We are actively recruiting for a Full-Time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our practice at St. Joseph's University Medical Center practice in Paterson, NJ. We are looking for a growth-minded candidate with strong interpersonal skills and dedication to high-quality care to run this busy, hospital-based community practice. There are approximately 12-18 patients on treatment at any given time, running the breadth of case mix. Call and hospital-privileges are required, and this Radiation Oncologist will collaborate with and cross-cover our Totowa, NJ, and Hackensack Meridian Health locations in Hackensack, NJ, as well.

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Be board-certified or board-eligible through the American Board of Radiology.
Be licensed in the State of New Jersey or eligible for licensure.
Be a current Authorized User or AU-eligible for NRC agreement state purposes.
Have training and recent experience in intracavitary brachytherapy and theranostics utilization.
Have a strong interest in SRS, SRT, SBRT, theranostics, and brachytherapy, in both curative and palliative regimes.
Have a strong interest in building a benign radiotherapy program.
Work closely with colleagues in surgery, medical oncology, and the cancer-affiliated disciplines.
Have a strong academic background and interest in performing research as an investigator, sub-investigator, and in investigator-initiated trials.
Have a strong desire to continue and expand upon a robust and successful clinical program.
Serve as a role model in evidence-based and ethical practice of medicine for learners at all levels.
Have a track record of leading and motivating by example.
Have a strong interest in becoming a clinical leader in the Department at the St Joseph's campus as well as at one or more of our other locations.
