The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester (URMC) in Rochester, NY, is seeking a dedicated radiologist to join the abdominal imaging division.
Abdominal imaging faculty perform CT/MRI/US/ and Abdominal Fluoroscopy. The division presently consists of 13 faculty members supported by licensed professional extenders and a dedicated radiology communication center.
We provide diagnostic imaging and teaching at the primary medical center and collaborate with superb clinical colleagues. Biopsies and other invasive procedures are performed by a separate interventional division. Overnight coverage is provided by a separate emergency radiology division.
Requirements include ABR certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship training or equivalent experience in abdominal imaging. Candidates should have or be eligible to obtain a New York State Medical License.

The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester is a practice of approximately 90 radiologists and 25-30 residents and fellows. Technical highlights include state of the art information technology, 3T MRI, a clinical PET/MRI, Dual Energy CT and digital PET/CT. The department’s PACS system is integrated into a comprehensive electronic clinical information system. Annual Salary $453,900 - $494,700
Additional Compensation in form of clinical and non-clinical incentives.
