The Department of Radiology in the School of Medicine at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is seeking a Nuclear Medicine physician to join our growing program. This will be a full time faculty position at Asst. Professor to Professor Rank. The faculty member will provide clinical services at University Health System, UT Medicine and affiliated facilities. Additional duties include, but not limited to, teaching medical students and supervising residents & fellows. Candidates should preferably be Authorized Users and familiar with Nuclear Medicine therapies. A proven record of accomplishment in education and research are desired. Our hospital and clinics are regional referral centers for oncology, surgery, general medicine, organ transplantation and trauma and our facilities shall be equipped with state of the art PET/CT and SPECT/CT scanners. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine (dual board certification is preferred), have a Texas State Medical License or able to obtain a Texas State Medical License prior to employment.
