SERO is seeking a dynamic and exceptional executive candidate to function as group Administrator
In close collaboration with SERO physician Board, lead in strategic growth initiatives (evaluate new technologies and capital expenditures within SERO-owned free-standing centers, assist with new group/facility expansion efforts, joint ventures, as well as management of relationships with existing hospital partners)
Serve as operational leader of the SERO business office, overseeing a staff of ~20 employees (controller, billing supervisor, credentialing specialist, HR specialist, billing/coding/support staff)
Perform contract review (insurance/MCOs, hospital/departmental contracts, physician and mid-level provider on-boarding), both directly and as intermediary between SERO Board and legal consultants.
Gain intimate knowledge of SERO bylaws, policies, and procedures to lead and advise physician Board members on all matters of corporate governance
