The Dublin ROC will be part of a large, 3-story multispecialty medical office building. It will have 4 Linac vaults and a dedicated HDR suite. The center will be equipped with 2 matched Varian Truebeam Linacs and 2 matched Varian Truebeam STX Linacs (both with HD-MLC, 6-DOF couches, and 1 with ExacTrac). The Dublin ROC will become the 6th KP ROC in Northern California. It will be our 3rd KP ROC offering a full range of radiosurgery (SBRT>SRS) and will probably become our main Lung and Spine SBRT center. For comparison, our South San Franciso center currently treats 700 SRS/SBRT patients a year. The Dublin ROC will also be our 2nd KP ROC to offer interstitial HDR brachytherapy. For comparison, the Santa Clara ROC is our main HDR Brachytherapy center and treats 350 HDR cases/year (~70% interstitial - primarlily prostate and gynecologic). Our centers are all APEX accredited.
Within 2 years of opening, we anticipate the Dublin ROC will be treating 1000 external RT courses, 400-500 SBRT/SRS courses, 70-150 HDR Brachytherapy courses per year.
